Last updated: July 15, 2026
Pif Real Estate ("we," "us") is an independently owned home-buying business
operating in Houston, Texas. This policy describes what information we collect,
how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — if you call, text, email, or use our
offer-request form: your name, phone number, email, property address, and any
details you share about the property or your situation.
- Public records — we research properties using publicly available
sources such as county appraisal district and county clerk records, which may
include ownership names, mailing addresses, and property characteristics.
- Call records — when you speak with us by phone, we keep notes
and may record calls for accuracy and quality purposes.
How we use it
- To evaluate properties and prepare purchase offers.
- To contact you about a property you own or asked us about, by phone, text, or email.
- To keep records of our conversations and agreements.
Telephone contact and your choices
We contact Houston-area property owners directly, including by telephone, about
properties we may be interested in purchasing. If you do not want to be contacted:
- Say so on any call — we will add you to our internal do-not-call list immediately
and permanently.
- Or email twanlaw700@gmail.com or
text (612) 619-1732 with the phone number you want removed.
We honor do-not-call requests permanently and maintain our own suppression list.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to complete
a transaction you've agreed to (e.g., title companies) or as required by law.
- We do not send marketing email lists or newsletters.
Data retention and security
We keep transaction and contact records as long as needed for business and legal
purposes. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
